Goat's Weed, also known as 'Black Dragon', 'Chile Negro de Arbol' and 'Black Cobra', is a tall growing Venezuelan heirloom variety with silver pubescens-like fur on the stems and leaves, giving it a somewhat frosted-looking appearance.
