Aji Fantasy

Aji Fantasy is a very prolific variety that was developed in Finland over a five year period by chilli guru Jukka "Fatalii" Kilpinen. The medium-sized, bell-shaped chillies start green and ripen to creamy yellow. Aji Fantasy chillies have an excellent flavour and make a great choice for stuffing or adding to sauces, salads, salsas, soups, stews, casseroles, stir fries and rice dishes. They also work very well on pizza.
